Two months ago, the world was taken by surprised when the head lawyer and only face of the new startup, AVC Incorporated, Brooks Warner announced that the anonymous founder and CEO of the organization is not only younger than eighteen, but also the founder and president of The Joy Factory, a non-profit feminist organization that has opened over two-hundred new shelters for abused women. Not only that, but through her involvement in multiple charities as well as her influence on the business world, this young woman has developed enough knowledge on the subjects to land herself a shareholding position in BlackRock, Inc., making her the youngest individual in history to sit on the board of the largest asset-management company in the world. All in all, there has never been a woman, much less a woman under eighteen, to make the strides that she has made throughout the world. A true idiosyncrasy, the CEO has managed to become one of the most respected business women in the world.
So, I had to ask, who is this young woman? After jumping through the multiple hoops it requires to get through her extensive security measures, I was finally able to land an interview with the young entrepreneur. Due to personal as well as safety issues, her name will not be stated at this time. However, before I dive into the interview questions, some background on AVC, Inc.: eight months ago, the small startup popped into the business world in New York City, the location of the business’s headquarters. Anonymous donations rooting from the company began to be sent to charities all over the world. It soon became known that the anonymous company’s purpose is to invest, then donate the funds of any selfless individual who wishes to do their part to better the planet without recognition. Through the work of the company, more than seven-trillion dollars worth of donation money has been spread throughout the world to pure causes as well as people in need.
The intent of the company as a whole is warm, pure, and frankly put, beautiful. The founder of the place that makes it all happen must reflect these traits, right? Wrong. After meeting with AVC, Inc.’s CEO, I was blown away by how opposite her personality is to that of her two very successful, selfless creations. It must be winter in this woman’s heart, because there is nothing warm within. In her defense, she is very young, and rarely interviewed, which would surely cause some rigid behavior, however her coldness was more than rigid, but came from deep inside of her inner-self. The creator of The Joy Factory contains no joy.
The pressures of her life are more than any other human being her age, or human being in general, really, could handle. She can be an all-business type of person, but how couldn’t she be? Right now, the spotlight is on her. Sure, the world doesn’t know her identity, they don’t know what she looks like, but everyone knows who she is. If the wrong decision is made, lives are destroyed. She chose to remain anonymous because she wants to change the world for the better without recognition, and has the resources and abilities to do so, but we have kept her anonymous for her own safety. The stress and fear that are already being caused are nearly impossible to deal with, imagine the incomprehensible weight that would be placed on her shoulders if the world knew her name.(Brooks Warner, Corporate Attorney of AVC, Inc.)
The look in the CEO’s eyes was as ice. She answered every question professionally, and each answer was highly respectable, but it is clear that she has bitten off more than she can chew. Never have I witnessed a teenager as empty as she. Clearly a genius, the widely-praised young woman blew me away with her intellect. Presenting herself with class, it was clear that she knows exactly what she is doing. So, you may ask, why the scathing review? The young businesswoman has shattered under the pressures of her life, leaving her broken and cold.
No female as young as this one should ever have the responsibility that she has placed on her shoulders. Through AVC, Inc., she has turned billions into trillions, an incredible feat that in almost every other case requires a team of highly-experienced investors. Because of this and her involvement in BlackRock, Inc., this individual is assumed to now be one of the most wealthy women on the planet. Yes, she is clearly a genius capable of nearly anything, and does have pure intentions and has up until this point acted with integrity, therefore I hold her in the highest position of respect. But, she is still a child. Because of the pressures of these many achievements, she seems to have become empty inside. Though beautiful, it is not hard to see the weariness that her occupation has caused. With all of her success, she is incapable of feeling the human emotions that most others feel, similarly to many other successful CEO’s throughout the world.
There is a lack of compassion, love, and joy within this individual, leaving a cold, strictly business woman with little to no personality. Would I trust her with my money? More than anyone else. But the day will never come when she is able to truly love. The achievements she has completed at such a young age are extraordinary. I am blown away by the levels of intellect and professionalism in this girl. It’s a shame that the consequences of that are the loss of the ability to love and connect with others. Could I be wrong? Doubtfully, but I’ll let you decide for yourself after reading our interview. But my word is final: In years to come, this outstanding young woman will change the world, there is nothing she cannot do, but be warned, once her reign truly begins, an ice queen will be sitting on the throne.
